Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

Coordinate cross-project activities

Assess program performance and aim to maximize productivity

Resolve projects higher scope issues

Ensure timely delivery services to clients as committed

Identify and resolve operational and services related issues to ensure clients satisfaction.

Facilitate meetings, calls, follow-ups and other communications with clients and management throughout the business project development.

Prepare attendance/monthly reports.

Work with business team in contract renewals, extensions, and scope change activities.

Coordinate with on call team for day-to-day call and closure within TAT

Coordinate with regional leads and access their issues and challenges

Ensure all BAUs has been managed under the given timeline

Need to have work experience in any one domain Windows/Linux/Storage.
