We have an urgent requirement for the Process Associate position (Accounts Payable) and will be conducting the first round of interviews from the first week of March. This is an immediate joiner position and only male candidates are required for the night shift.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Executive-Invoice Verification at SutiSoft, Inc., located in Hyderabad. The Process Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to invoice verification, including:

✔ Analyzing invoices

✔ Providing customer support

✔ Ensuring customer satisfaction

✔ Maintaining effective communication

Skills and Qualifications

✅ Analytical skills and attention to detail

✅ Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Excel and Word

✅ Educational Qualification:

MBA (Finance) / B.E / B. Tech / MCA / B.Com (Accounts/Computers) / B.Sc (Computers)
2023/24/25 batch graduates only (with at least 65% in academics)
✅ Knowledge of business management solutions is beneficial

Work Schedule

🕒 Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 5 days/week

📆 Weekoff: Two days a week (communicated at the start of every month)

Compensation & Employment Terms

💰 CTC: 2.4 LPA + Rs. 6000/- Night Shift Allowance per month

📜 Bond: 24 months (Penalty of Rs. 1,50,000/- for bond break)

📑 Selected candidates must submit their original educational documents at the time of joining.

📈 Performance-based appraisal after 1 year
