Role: HR Intern

Work Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi (Work from Office)

Duration: 3 Months (Immediate Joining Preferred)

Eligibility:

MBA / BBA students with HR specialization
Graduates from 2025, 2026 or earlier batches
Must be fluent in the local language of the selected city
Openings: 4
Stipend: ₹10,000/month + Performance-based Incentives
Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate will be awarded

Responsibilities:

Support the HR team in daily recruitment and onboarding activities
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external candidates
Assist in organizing campus drives and maintaining HR records
Engage with potential hires and support the offer & documentation process
Contribute to reporting, compliance, and operational HR tasks

Key Learning Outcomes:

Practical exposure to talent acquisition and HR operations
Understanding of campus and volume hiring processes
Development of communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Use of HR tools, databases, and documentation best practices

Language Requirement:

✔️ Fluency in the local language (Telugu for Hyderabad, Kannada for Bangalore, Marathi/Hindi for Mumbai, Hindi for Delhi) is mandatory
